Shipping Policy
Shipping information
Cloud Yarn uses USPS for shipping to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. We ship worldwide. Our online store is based in Illinois, USA. Only in the United States it is free shipping for orders that are more than $50.
Delivery options
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we offer various options in the field of delivery and collection of your order. We list them below. As soon as you start the order in the website and you want to check out then automatic the correct shipping costs are calculated and shown for your country.
Delivery time (The USA)
We state the delivery time for all products within our webshop. For products that we have in stock, this is 3-5 working days. For products that our supplier has in stock, this is 7-10 working days. This depends on the respective supplier. If an item is no longer in stock, you can place a pre-order. We’ll ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Orders consisting of items with different delivery times are shipped when collected. The article with the longest delivery time applies to the delivery time of your order.
You will receive a track & trace code for your delivery so that you are aware of the day that the parcel will be delivered to your house.
Delivery times to countries other than the USA are depending on the country shipped to. Depending on the country it can take approximately 3 days till 2 weeks.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cloud Yarn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cloud Yarn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing returns
If you haven’t received a return yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your return is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a return is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cloudyarnstore.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-returnable. If you receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
