An incredible combination of sock yarn and mohair!
For this project, I used one skein of Opal REGENWALD yarn paired with a strand of Scheepjes mohair. The Opal yarn is slightly thicker than standard sock yarn, offering 420 meters in 150 grams. But the most amazing part? The yardage! One skein was enough to knit a cozy hat and left me with enough yarn to make a pair of warm, luxurious socks.
This pairing not only adds softness and warmth but also creates a beautifully fluffy texture that’s perfect for winter accessories. Whether you’re crafting for yourself or someone special, this combo is sure to delight.
